In his personal life, Evan is very active in his church and in Scouting.  At Fairfax United Methodist Church, Evan serves as a Trustee and as Chair of the Memorials Committee.  In Scouting, Evan serves as the Webelos-to-Scout Transition Chair for the Sully District and George Mason District, and is an active archery instructor.  Evan lives in Clifton with his wife, Julia, and their son, Timothy.  Julia's parents have also lived with them for over 10 years.
